Is there a reason that I cannot post a response in the RS section?

I was able to post in the welcome forum and I can get a short post to show up here, but I can't get any sort of response to go anywhere else?

I've also noticed that this forum's programming likes to add extra apostrophies. Interesting!

I'll deal with the extra apostrophies, but not being able to post in the RS section is driving me nuts!! (no, pardon, that would be the steering wheel in my pants... - insert rimshot!)

it sucks. everything said has to be in short choppy sentences. just when you think it's fixed and go type a long post....boom, it's lost.
