i think that is sooooooo STUPID!
hurray for you if you want to spend your time waiting in line. if some sucker is willing to pay 1K for something thats $300, i guess that's his problem.
i just feel sorry for the kid that can't get what he really wants for christmas because of this.
i don't like opportunists who prey on the poor and weak.

I've owned a Playstation since they first came out but I just can't bring myself to buy one. It will be half the price within a year. It's just too expensive for playing a game. Think of what you can buy for $600. A hell of a lot more than a reason to sit on your *** at home.

If someone pays over a grand for that thing, they should be shot in the head.

 

LOL..yeah, I got a 52" DLP HD cinema series projection tv, awesome picture quality. Xbox360 is great on too, but hardly play it. I spend too much time on my pc playing Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2142. Can't wait for that PS3, I'll mostly use it to watch blue-ray dvd movies

Wow, sometimes I'm sickened that I have to share the same air as people like this.

 

There are some listed for that maybe, the highest I saw was $7500. But if you look at the ones that people are bidding on, no one is willing to pay that much over retail yet. I only saw two with bids that were higher than retail, one for 600 and change, and one for 1000 and change. There might be others for more, I only looked on the first few pages.

If I were Sony, I would have shipped the first batch out, just like they did, but the next day, ship out millions more so everyone can get one at any store they wanted to. I would have even dropped the second day price by $100, just to **** with all the people who thought they were going to make big bicks.

Fortunately, I have no use for the PS3 until Final Fantasy 13 gets here, and since that's probably at least a year and a half away, by the time I'm buying, the PS3 will be $350 or so.
