Are psychological courses helpful?
I can't handle my bad thoughts. It prevents me working, enjoying life and relaxing. How to deal with it? Will a psychologist help in this case? I read about neuro lingustic programming and hypnosis. What do you think about manifistation magic review? Will it help to tune in to the right positive thinking? What psychological courses can you advise?
