I am the owner of a Q7. I purchased this car because of its style and because it has room for 7. I am the mom of 4 so we needed that space.
This car is not “mom” friendly:

The back controls should have an easy override in the front- (kids will twist that control for fun) Who designed this?
The backdoors should not have the sharp tip on the door (easily scratches the car next to you)
The trunk should open and CLOSE with the key - how do you close it with your hands full of groceries?
There is no room for a purse if you have a passenger in the front seat- obviously a male designed this car
I never use the NAVI because who has time to turn the dial for each letter?
You need to get a pull strap on the back seats so they are easier to put up and down (take a look at the Honda)

Anything I missed?

 

New here and see this is an older thread, checking out the web site...my wife like's hers, although I am sure she would agree with you, they should look at it from a Mom's perspective, if you will, to a degree anyway.
