Default quick spark plug ??

just wondering what tool you guys use to gap your spark plugs?
i use this tool, not the plugs...:

but the thinner parts been breaking or flaking off,
so if you use a different tool maybe a better more accurate one too post it please

Yeah NGK recommends you NOT use that little thing for two reasons. One being what you described, it gets scratched and dented and the gaps aren't accurate. The other being that it has the tendency to f*ck up the precious metal on the tip of the electrode, which gives you poor spark. This is a better way to go. The wire gauges hold up better, and you can use the tools at 3 and 9 o'clock to adjust the electrode without the risk of breakin the tip off. JM2C

id rather go with the cca4 tool...

it's not, we use it for tons of other things too... it's not really made for plugs but works great!

dial calipers aren't too expensive (what the fish posted) you can use it to measure small measurements with great accuracy.
