So Sunday is the Honda's (i wish I still had my Audi) first trip to the track. Those not from southern california don't know that we are supposedly going to get hit with over 6" of rain in a day. Not sure how bad exactly Sunday is supposed to be but anyway...
Track is Streets at Willow.

My Car is a 2003 FWD Accord V6, 6 spd, cpe. I have a lowered suspension (just a lil), brand new Toyo T1R tires (not really meant for the rain since I live in So Cal or PHX), and a rear sway bar. I also have Brembo brakes and Hawk HPS pads on all 4 corners.

My racing manual that I got from graduating the 3 day skip barber school just happens to be in AZ.

I need all the driving tips I can get for this track, racing in the rain, tire pressures, wet line vs. dry line article if you know or one (I know the basics), anything else. Expierences from track days in the rain.

Not only is this my first time at Streets at Willow, its the first time with this car on ANY track, first street car I have ever driven on a track (skip barber is formula cars), and the first time ever racing in the rain. Please help me out.

oo the old sig. brings tears to my eyes. Cant wait to get out of college and buy a new car. New S4 when back to twin turbos perhaps.

 

I don't know what to say, the sound of you driving a honda brings me to tears but welcome back none the less redeem yourself and get the next S4 if its forced induction
