well, seeing as how he's got a bucket of KFC, a fat sack of what's probably supposed to be coke, and a Mickey's 40oz, i'd say it's a little racist...nothing too bad though, it doesn't offend me or anything

Im not racist in anyway, but that is pretty funny, but i think it could be seen as a lil racest with the kfc chicken, the 40, and the coke.

 

I think it isnt too racist.. but if some white manequin cops were beating him up it would def cross the line

How could it possibly be racist? If there was no black santa, people would undoubtably complain endlessly, and get all sorts of racial equality commisions on the case. Now there is a black santa, people are asking if it is racist! The whole racism theme is getting boring, and perpetuated by lentil munching do-gooder vegitarians! Half of the racist issues only come about because some overly sensetive pratt has a stick up their ****!

During the soccer world cup, people in the UK were getting told not to fly the Union jack as it "offended the minorites'. All PC bullshit, and it needs to be stamped out!
