For sippin plesasure, numerous brands of single malt scotch. (a few blends), or Irish.

Assuming by other answers you didn't just mean straight on the rocks, a great summertime refresher is Captian Morgan, Soda and Lime.

 

I tried a Ma-he-toe (dont know the spelling) in FL. and it was very refreshing. I even put Chocolate Mint in my garden this year because of it. (plus its a good accent to chocodog)Oh, this is coming from a guy who cant drink anything mint because of alcohol poisoning from Ruplemints at 15yrs old.
