to bad you dont live around here I can use a lift anytime i need to, and me and my best friend love moding cars, we do stuff all the time, wouldnt mind puting some ko4's in an s4..
but i see your point about working on the car, i love it, i do something to my a4 every weekend I think thats why i love the thing so much, with the camaro i was fixing things i broke with this car im upgrading things.. every time i drove the camaro something would break and god forbit if i got cought in the rain.. 3:73 with a dana posi with a locker and the giant hill i had to go up to get to my house = me leaving the camaro at the bottom of the road and walking up the hill every time it rained..

Yea if I had a lift and an engine hoist I probably wouldn't complain as much [8D]

yea it makes hards things tolerable and easy things simple, been around cars and garages all my life and i dont think at any point I have not had the use or the ability to use a lift.. hell my camaro was in one bay of the old shop I worked at for a month.. boss was not to happy about that.. but what the hell, was not all that happy when i pulled it out for the first time with the new tranny and rear end burning the tires till the poped in back of the garage... I have a video clip of that kicking around somewhere.. also have one of me lighting up the tires 2 hours b4 I sold it... lol took an hour to clean all the rubber of the rear bumper..

Yea I believe APR uses a GT25R (correct me if im wrong) but yea i think a custom setup would be the way to go.

BTW I do love the S4, I just wish it was easier to work on.
you are correct sir. the APR stage3 runs the GT25R. i enjoy it immensely

APR's website puts the stage 3 at 280hp. i personally havent dyno'd it but the previous owner did and he said it put down 325hp. im not sure if that was at the crank or the wheel though

i dont know what i want to do, but i do know im biulding another motor with a large turbo... would rather do something custom though, bolt on is nice, but when you do it all yourself its a little more gratifying..

APR needs to lower the price on their damned stage 3... with the elims out now, they should really reconsider. That company has their head pretty far up their ***, though...
