Ugh well I've had problems with my shoulders for a while now but they are getting worse. I have trouble sleeping on either side at night because usually I wake up with a constant pain in my shoudlers. It also carries over into the day and some days are worse than others. Went to the doc and if you rotate them you can hear popping and cracking. Sounds like a bad rotator cuff or something but all she told me to do was make an appointment with the physical therapist. My insurance does not cover that worth a crap and I asked for something to take for the pain and she said there is nothing to prescribe? Lol. C'mon. I'm not a drug man but advil and aleve are only doing so much. I can hardly do pushups anymore as well without clutching my shoulder in pain. No serious injury in the past. Any ideas or am I a siss? Hehe...Don't answer on that lol.

 

Amputation. No, but seriously, you can try a natriopathic doctor. They prescribe natural remedies that may be better than a pill. I prefer Excedrin Extra Strength or Excedrin Back & Body when back acts up.
