Only if you were a "kid" in in Sofia during 1999... Honestly, I've been to both. Both trips wer to visit with reps from each countries MOD, and I'll leave it at that until my ACTUAL autobiography comes out (but, I will tell you that I was the junior member of the team)

I was there in teh summer... you wudn't have happened to have ben hanging out in the depressing supermarket (forgive me but I can't remember the name) across from the drab-grey MOD building, were you? If so, I was teh Black guy (one of only three, in teh counrtry, at the time, I believe) standiing in line buying some travel essentials (toothpaste, q-tips, and a bootleg Willie Nelson cassette, if memory serves) , and being stared at by EVERYONE IN THE STORE! You cudn't miss me... You guys apparently didn't get many Cosby-Show reruns, back then, huh?

That was done a long while ago, step into the millenium man.

I got a parking violation warning on my Lightning this morning at my condo. Not a real ticket, just a security warning. It was for the most retarded thing I have ever ever ever heard of. Stupidity is at an all time low now. Seriously, just think for a second, what would you guess could be the most retarded, most ridiculous, most imbecilic reason to give someone a parking warning. Think about that for just a few minutes, make a guess, and then hit CTRL+A and read to see if you're right.

My parking warning was because I pulled into my space backwards instead of forwards. Yes, I back in because it's easier to get in the space that way and it's easier to leave in the morning, and they tell me that this is a towable offense and to "park your truck the right way, not backwards". How jacked up is that?

Sorry, I'm slow. [8D]

That's a cool invisible ink trick there. Learn something new on the interweb thingy everyday.

And yeah, that's a retarded reason to get a warning. The last apartment I lived in towed me one night because I parked in a non-covered spot, even though I had my parking tag hanging in my car. You see, it was for a covered spot and someone had parked in mine when I got home at 2am. They didn't tow them, even though they had no parking sticker. They towed me. [:@]

generally, if it's not posted it's not enforcable, although, as you well kow, local laws may differ. One other thing. Don't know about 'tardo-***'d Lawton, but, here in PG-county, MD, unless a "complaintant" is ACTUALLY THERE, when your vehicle is towed (for HOA's and Apartment complexes there must be a designated representative, ILO a property owner), the towing vompany is liable for reimbursing you THREE TIMES the cost of retrieving you car from impound... You might wanna check for what your local parking laws state
