I got a speeding ticket in my gf car like 5 months ago.. I never got anything in the dam mail after my ple of not guilty i get this dam letter in the mail saying i never showed up for court.. (but I never got anything in the mail) so now i have to pay $60 just to get the dam thing re-opened.. what the hell is this.. im so dam pissed.. fuckk the dam state.. now im going to have to pay the $60 and still go to court or some shiitt..

I was just thinking the police officer might have sent the information to the owner of the vehicle since it is registered to her. I have seen that mistake made.

 

no they claim that they sent it to my adress but i never saw it..

 

I can try and plea that line of BS thought.. but my gf is wicket **** about mail and crap like that so i would have gotten it if it was sent to her

 

thtas probably best that you use that line anyways since its the truth and hope they listen, although as much as i hate to tell you the state is run by a bunch of s***heads, so you may just go in, plead not guilty, tell your story, and ask for supervision.best of luck to you.

That sucks im waiting for a ticket for going through the toll booth. I tried paying online but they only let you go back 30 days.

They just want your $ so untill you show them some green (money not pot) they will not leave you alone.

I have a friend that lost his license for 6 months for a ticket he got 2 years ago. The state said that's how backed up they are. Bullshit! is what i say.

Unfortunately as the judge rediculously explained to us -
the ticket is the notice to show up in court..

u plead not guilty in court though - doesnt the judge issue you a court date right there?
