Sold my A4
Yesterday I sold the Audi and bought a 2008 350Z. I loved my A4, but after a series of problems I made up my mind that the car was a lemon and I had to get rid of it. A few weeks ago I started the car and the dash LED screens burned out, the speedometer stopped working, and my center computer screen did not light. In the same day my rear pass side window track went out, this was 2 months after I had tor replace the rear driver side window track. I had to spend 1k for a new gauge cluster. Then a week later my oil pressure indicator came on. I had the shop do an engine purge which fixed the indicator, for now.
Then I had them rotate/balance the tires and do a headlight alignment. The pass side head light reflector lamp was flawed so it was too dim for them to use their equipment to aim it, they tried replacing bulbs with no luck. Then my front driver side tire lugs were frozen on the car. The lugs had to be burnt out with a torch, they tried everything else. I had to spend almost 4k in a month. So until years down the road when I can afford an A5 I will be parting, moving over to a Z forum. I will still drop in from time to time, but not nearly as often. Good luck and good night.

That sucks......Sounds just like my POS TT when I bought it. Thats one thing I learned though is a used car needs TLC! So how much did you buy the A4 for originally and how much did you sell it for?

That sucks bro, but from the sounds of what your car was doing to you, you made the right move. Former Z owner here (Z32 twin turbo) so I certainly can't blame you for getting a Z car - you will love it for sure.

I got the coupe. Bought the Audi for 18 and got only 8.5k for the trade in. I know I could have sold it for much more, but I felt bad selling that car to a person.
