Sorry to go off topic...
Came home from active duty status for 2 weeks of leave when I was still 19. Needed a car to drive mine was on base and I flew home. Go to car rental place they tell me I can't rent a car till I'm 23 or my insurance is paying for it cuz of an accident. I explain I'm home on leave and everything thing the guy looks at me and just says "OK and that changes our policy how" I ******* RAGED! "You rent ******* cars all ******* day then go **** you fat wife, you know why you can do that? Cuz of 19yr olds like me. But you can't rent me car while I'm home so I can see my family and friends and then go back and not see them." After around 5 mins of going off my buddy who was waiting outside came in and made me leave... I've never been so pissed off in my life.

don: i feel for you man. the laws in the country are epically dumb sometimes. i got a great shirt that says a bunch of things wrong with america. one of the quotes is we chain our pens to the table but leave the bank doors wide open.
