Default Some Tahoe snow pics

This past Saturday, I drove up to Sierra-at-Tahoe to get some snowboarding in. Got up there around 8:30am, and spent about 7 hours on the slopes. When I got back to my car, this is what I found:

I'm jealous I really want to ski out west this year but no such luck. I can't wait till fall when I go to school in Maine and I get to deal with tons of snow and don't have to shovel any of it! I'll also be around some awesome driving roads.

Lucky.[8D] It's been raining for a couple of days here - mix that with 8" of melting snow, and you've got yourself a flood advisery.[:@]

And on top of that, we've had a dense fog advisery for a couple of days, too - three people totalled their cars by running into school buses yesterday because visibilites were about fifteen feet.

the last time i was at tahoe i noticed that the gas they had there was 92 octane and not 91. did you notice that or was i just at a wierd station. i want to drive to tahoe very soon, but i dont want to go if they dont have 91.

would using 92 with a 91 chip make the car act all funny?

nice pics by the way..lol

The powder was great. It was snowing all day, but the wind was pretty bad at the top of the mountain. So I kept getting all this snow in my face as I'm coming down the mountain. I had fun, though. Was up there a couple of weeks ago, and there wasn't nearly as much snow up there as what they have now. I'm seriously thinking about going back up there again in a couple of weeks.

Scott... they have 91 up there. You probably saw an oddball station that had 92... or maybe the pump had some old 92 stickers on it.
