Three requirements for SPAMjumpers qualification:
1. Shameless commerce
2. No0b poster
3. Admin/Mod locks the thread
ONLY if ALL THREE conditions are met will it qualify for SPAMjumper points. No other requirements are... uhhh... required.

I don't know that answer to that one either. I want to say "no" because of the guys that were cruising around posting "Spam!" on any thread that their little minds couldn't understand.

But are we stating that you have to be claiming spam or show awareness of the spam content... or does any post count.. Some people were actually responding to the link/s... almost contributing to the spam.[:@]

I'd say if your "rank" shows "newbie," you're DEFF a nEuB... In other words, if you've posted enough content to qualify as a "rolling start", you're no longer a newb.
"Shameless commerce" is gonna be harder to define. But, how about this: If the link takes you to a site whose content is ONLY about making a buck. In other words, newbs posting links to a site that only wants money ffrom me (not ME specifically, but, the... ummm... YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!), and has no other reason for existing beyond basically being a vendor of some sort.
Any comments on teh above definitions?

For those who wish to lodge a complaint about teh SPAMjumpers contest. Be it about the scoring. A SPAM ruling that you felt was unjust/untrue.
