I confronted my summer intern for something similar. I was cleaning up are computer's and found about 4,000 downloads of **** over 45days. Some of the **** was asian, gay, transexual & grandma. These types of vids and sites were downloaded numerous times. So I noted some of the sites that kept poping up and wrote him a letter. I stated that he was warned not to look at **** and that we wont discriminate against his sexuality but if caught again he will be fired and pay to have the computers replaced.

 

ha that sucks... why would you download that crap at a place of work...

 

My intern wasn't the brightest bulb in the bunch. He was speachless when i told him we knew it was him and tracked it to the days/hours he was alone in the office. I also and made him sign the letter admitting to downloading all the **** but only listed all the gay, transexual and grandma sites. [:-]
