meh. it isn't terribly important at this point. we got off with a verbal warning. at first I thought it was because of who I am, but it turns out its because of who she is, or more to the point, who her family is. the advantages/disadvantages of living in a big small town where everyone is up in everyone else's business. the "issue" I'm having now is that word is getting around on the local LEO side and I really don't appreciate that

 

Ehh imho a rumor running around the leo side is a better option than the citation. Then watch you be labeled as a sexual predator. Think I'm kidding? I'm not. Both those acts fall under sexual acts, which usually require you to register as an offender. Indecent exposer for pissing in an ally can have you knocking on your neighbors doors by law identifying yourself as a low level offender. Yea I don't know the story but don't **** in your car anymore!

Happy Sunday e'erbody. Been up since 4, but it has been kind of busy at work today. had some downtime so I decided to check in.

Don, thanks for the perspective. I appreciate the fact that things could have gone A LOT worse. I guess, from my end of the public safety spectrum, I can talk about events all day long, but when I start identifying individuals things can get a bit sticky, legally speaking (privacy laws). what I have been hearing back through the grapevine varies from the, "yeah that's sort of what happened", to "WTF". Seems like the facts are being muddied, but everyone is clear on the "who".

started the day off early with some work, at work. now just enjoying coffee number 3 on the day. enjoying the silence at home before the chaos.

woke up to the chaos, but it's not too bad. Enjoying my first cup, then I'll have another while I settle in to some PS3 time before a few chores and then FOOTBALL!

You all see that beat down the Pats put on the Jets on turkey day... what an embarrassment for them on national TV!
