I was just doing a side by side comparison to see how the prices of Audis sold in America in the east coast compared to Germany and noticed some very interesting things. First of all in Germany you have the option to select a 2.0 TFSI quattro with 200 hp or a 2.0 TFSI quattro with 220 hp (not to metion the diesel engine option)! They also get more acess to different pearl effect colors, and a shitload more interior upholstry options including some "Audi exsclusive line" I don't know about since I can't read German!

 

BASTAGES. I wish I had a shitton of money, cuz I'd go there and buy one, that way no one here would have one that was like mine!

the autobahn is rediculous. My uncle who lives over there has a benz and we were doing 110mph and we got passed by a porshe like we werent even moving.

this is true in most countrys tho ... you guys in the us get better spec cars than we do in the uk!

I think I want to do european delivery on my next car. p/u in germany, drive to france and watch it get on a container ship, p/u again in new york and drive across the US

 

That would be tight as hell. I wonder if they could somehow incorporate that into the loan, lol.

 

Volvo has a program where they pay for you and someone else to fly to sweden and stay over night topick up your car. They have you drive the car around for a bit and then they sell you that same car and save tons when the ship it due to the growing taxes on the corperate import of "new" vehicles! Imagine if Audi were to do something like that...
