Please be warned re this garage

I purchased a Mitsubishi Pajero Evo from them a few months ago.
After a short while the car developed a strange gearbox fault ,they agreed to take the car back and rectify the fault.
That was 13 weeks ago, I have spoken to the garage this morning, and they tell me I will get the car back next week. I have no reason to believ this as they have told me that on numerous occasions already.

What should I do??

 

Tell them you are going to call the police and get a lawyer.
