What a Dick (Cheney)!

Napolitano, Obama's appointed Secretary for Homeland Security and one of the final six Supreme court justice considerations, released a report that states among other things:
"Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented...those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority."
Apparently labelling the founding fathers who explicitly write in the 10th amendment,
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
as rightwing extremits.

Next thing you know, Obama and Pelosi are going to ban all guns nationwide in an effort for world peace, only to leave every citizen defenseless against crime, acts of terror, etc. Even if it remains an obvious "state's right", they are currently working in the Supreme Court judges to interpret this into a federally controlled issue.
Gotta also love how they are blindly rushing into pushing Sonya Sotomayor in by the summer (despite her numerous racist quotes, saying she's wiser than a white male), although her other credentials are great.
At the same time they're pushing in a bill for Socialized National Healthcare (just under a different name) with a request for unlimited tax funding to drive us deeper into debt.
So let's see.... a government set up under the U.S. Constitution that only gave the government the right to protect the shores and carry the mail is now in the business of running the private industry:
Banks,
Financial Institutions,
the Auto Industry,
and soon to be Healthcare Industry and any other industry they want to regulate.
The administration is tearing up the U.S. Constitution.

When did appointing czars (16 so far) become apart of American democracy? The auto czar is a 31 year old kid with zero experience in the auto industry. Czars answer only to the President and represent the complete opossite of transparency. He cant even tell you how he decides to shutdown auto dealerships - private, small businesses. Change has arrived.
Sotomayor does have more judicial experience than any of the current judges did at the time they were nominated. Any democrat will jump at the chance to mention that fact. But what they wont admit is that the magnitude of her experience produces at magnitude of opinions which require a magnitude of time to read and interpret. There is absolutely no reason why her confirmation needs to be acheived before some arbitrary deadline.
But my main concern with Sotomayor is her ruling in the Ricci case:

Shes not exactly acting like a "wise Latina woman" reaching a better conclusion than a white man.

I live in New Haven county, and I know this case very well.
"But New Haven's civil service board ruled that not enough minorities earned a qualifying score. The city is more than a third black. None of the 19 African-American firefighters who took the exam earned a sufficient score. The city tossed out the exam. No promotions were given. Ricci and 17 other white firefighters, including one Hispanic, sued New Haven for discrimination." - AND THEY LOST
"In reality, the decision meant that Ricci and other qualified candidates were denied promotions because of the color of their skin. This is the essence of discrimination."
I can't side with any judges or civil service boards that say we need racial quotas. All they will do next is make the exam easier next time so the rest could pass it. (They already have done this with the plumbing and electrician exams - they are now open book).
The fact that Sotomayor was one of the judges that upheld the court decision, also makes her a racist.
But hey, at least Nancy Pelosi is doing pretty good these days... oh wait, no she got caught lying that she was not told about waterboarding activities by the CIA, and called the CIA liars in front of the whole country. She should just shamefully resign from the House.
