I just picked up a Savage 111 in 7mm Remington Magnum. I'll take it to the range this weekend hopefully, unless I get busy which usually happens... I haven't been shooting in almost a month and it pisses me off.

I'd love to get a 416/417, but you can't get them here in MA. I got offered a Sig 556 but I didn't have the $3000 to drop on it. I'll probably build an AR one of these days, but right now I gots bills to pay.

 

HK is the ****** best, my personal fave is the G36K and the USP SOCOM

 

I like big ol' Smith & Wesson revolvers. They are by far my favorites, they just have lots of character. I know they aren't always practical for concealed carry but they're sexy nonetheless.

everyguy can shoot/own/carry whatever he damn well pleases, but some guys (xd fans) just dont know as much as the rest of us.....LOL j/k

my dad has a 9000s in .40 which would be nice, considering my p99 is a .40, and i the .40cal is the "best" all around personal defense caliber known to man. AND the fact that i could shoot the same ammo out of each one....but hey variety is the spice of life right?

im lookin at the EMP's and other compact single stack 1911's, if i put slim grips on them, they will be thin enough to conceal.


and CLX, i wasnt implying that i dont go to the range and blast through a box off ammo per gun myself, i specifically meant if you have to shoot 100 rds in a defense type situation, you have done something VERY wrong...lol
what i was trying to get across, is that i dont mind shooting the ultra compact .45's....recoil is NOT a concern of mine...but some people wont even carry a gun for the simple fact that they cant handle slammin 100rds in 30 minutes at the range....so they will go to a small caliber because they cant handle the abuse, I want the tiniest semi-auto i can carry everyday, whether i have to get a single stack 9mm, or a .45......doesnt matter to me, as long as its tiny......
