What do you carry?

Okay....
After 250 rounds of full jacket ammo the pistol looked like this....
Shot pretty darn good... except...
Around the 120th round I got my first "dead" hammer. Pulled the double action and it fired fine. As I progressed it started happening more frequently - 18 times in all - but it was sporatic. Most likely just needed a touch more lube to seat the breach maybe...
But over all it shot great - noticed a huge difference when using the extended lip magazine - it came with one of each. Last night I bought a replacement bottom for it to cure it.
Besides the dead hammer issues - it fired fine - had a tendency to shoot low and to the left - but that was me not concentrating on the grip
Good call, CLX - now I got to get my Walther P99!

true the sw99 is the same pistol and its a little cheaper, but since i got my p99 for 450 NEW, and i think the walther design cues look better.......im partial to them.
but functionally they are identical.
do some research though, cause there was a run of them that was not as good as the rest....mine has been perfect
and the only thing i would change on it, is a metal recoil spring guide...im not sure why they felt the need to use plastic for it......

Pretty much anyone who would pose for a picture holding their gun like a complete ******* (sideways and with finger on the trigger) I have no respect for.
And a lot of guns nowadays come with plastic guides. I don't know why, but my 92S came with one.

Sorry dude. I don't even own a weapon anymore. Sold them all. Carry one for a living, and they lose novelty value. But I did qualify as marksman when I was in the military. So no smartass, I don't shoot like that.

So in other words, you got the lowest possible score while passing the exam. Good for you, that's something that pretty much anyone who knows their weapons and how to use a scope can do. Besides, no one who's served will go and say they were in the generic military. Everyone takes pride in the branch they served in.
And if you don't do guns anymore, don't post here like a poseur.
