i myself carry a Walther p99 .40 i LOVE it feels great in my hands accurate and comes back to target quickly. shoots nice.

and whats the deal with the silencer in the HK?? everything i have read about owning one is a major PITA because you have to do some 200 transfer tax to even be considered to own one then the Govt has to o a long *** background check then when your finally oked you still have to pay the full amount for the silencer....is there something im missing here? (btw i got all that info from advancedarmaments.com)

i myself have a pistol permit which here in good ol alabama is also a concealed carry permit.

 

Silencers are regulated much like short-barreled shotguns and such, and you usually need a class III to have them. Some states let you use ones that only muffle up to a certain level, but the regs are so convoluded I just go with the empty 2-liter
