Well, its finally finished what do you guys think of the way the Private Classifieds look now? are they easier to use? Any comments on them?

meh, i kinda like it better how it was before...it depends on what you're doing though...if you're looking for something specific, it's probably better..but if you're just browsing, it just makes it a little more difficult...personally, i don't think our classified section is big enough to warrant sub-categories

lol, i'm workin on it! i just moved from a big house to a miniature apartment, so i don't have room for all the extra crap i've accumulated over the last year or so...i've got most of it out, but i still have a bunch of random crap to get rid of...it's all sitting in my bedroom right now, taking up all kinds of space [:@]

 

I agree, just seems like there isn't enough stuff being regularly posted to warrant the subcatagories. Its not bad now, just maybe not needed- yet!

 

oo oo, i have a good idea....what if you left the complete list on the classifieds home page, but you could also click on the subcategories to sort it out? is that doable? is doable a word?

But you could also select posts since last visit or what not, and surprisingly enough I think our classifieds are big enough, and this will help them grow even more.. Of course they arent as big as others, but I think this will help navigate through stuff you dont need and sort it out.. also for right now, we can put buyer/seller feedback in the main area.. just title it with the name of the person you want to mention

 

the buyer seller thing is a good idea, i like that
