Default What happens when your IT guys get bored

Did anyone know that when you take a can of computer duster upside down and spray it into the body of a dry erase marker that it builds up enogh pressure to blow the back end off? We just finished playing with this and it's mounds of fun.

I did Computer Forensics.Desktop Support now I am more in the Network manager type area.

I work help desk and cover the Cisco and networking needs for the company. I'll take a video tomorrow. Where are you from in Chicago. i grew up in the SW burbs and worked in Burr Ridge until october of 07 when i moved here

Cool I havent been up that way in years, sinceI stopped seeing my ex. PC support is fun, and network manager is even more fun. We're doing a 78 seat VOIP install saturday that has me bloked from having fun this weekend so i am trying to have fun at work

That stuff is fun.
When things get slow and the servers aren't breaking I've been know to do all sorts of things such as build crap out of hot glue and random pieces of junk computer hardware. yup this is a hard job haha

We've also invented office mini golf, whereyou roll a golfball around the work table into cabling holes. We got pretty complex by putting those cable protectors for the floor underneath in a gentle curve so that we could reroute the ball underneath the table into a mug. That was a full day's work...
