Hellooooooo, just wondering at what speed willus Audidrivers decide to bring the windows up and turn the AC on. I usually do it around 120. I used to drive 1:15 mins to work on the weekends.Almost all of that driving washighwayso I tried doing it one way with the windows rolled up, AC on and the other way windows down AC off. After a few tries, I came to the conclusion that 120km/h seemed to be the most efficient speed. Stay below it and you're saving fuel by having the windows down AC off. Go past 120 and it's more efficient to have them up with AC on.

 

Windows stay down in the summer unless stuck in traffic and its in the 90's, or raining.

 

For me it really depends on the weather. If its a nice day outside i'll open all the windows and the sunroof and just enjoy. If its humid and shitty outside then I roll 'em up and turn on the AC.

 

My A/C is broken (leaky evaporator ) so until I get that fixed, it's windows down and moonroof open!

 

If its sunny/nice out

Windows = down

Speed don't affect me, plus I can't read speed in canadian PUT IT IN MPH LIKE AN AMERICAN, AND ONLY AN AMERICAN WOULD

anything a little above 80*F, I put the a/c on.... and wind doesn't bother me, so I guess I can have them open at any speed...

 

It really depends upon the weather. Itgets humid as hell here, so it's mostly a/c for me. If the humidity is lower, i go windows down, sunroof open.

 

im actually really used to windows and the A/C on a black on black car isnt that great in direct sunlight, but i usally turn on the A/C around 60mph

 

Windows up only on the highway. As soon as I get off the windows role down. The wind bothers me, I guess I'm weird but after a long day at work I like to drive home in peace and quiet. Call it detox if you will.
