I have often heard that a car should have a female name. Cars are a lot like women in that if you treat them well and give them all of your love and attention, they just keep needing more money and more time; if you treat them like dirt though, they are turned on and treat you like a king. Cars are catty, know how to treat you right, and of course, cars have major PMS problems. Oh yeah and they are totally irrational! For my Audi this is especially true. Oh but she is soooooo beautiful.
So a lot of people have a name for their car. My car is Kayla. Oh and she is sooo catty (especially around BMWs because my girlfriend (now ex) threatened to trade her for a 525.
What do you think about the gender of your car? What's his or her name?

I kind of figured I should search the naming thing before I posted, but then I didn't; I knew someone else would scorn me if I had posted something already done. But some people are newer and stuff.
What you name your car has to do with your personality and all that though. Do you focus on her color, her surroundings, other women that you think your car is?
For instance, I had a Focus (shame) named LaShonda when I lived in Jackson MS
I has a 66 mustang named Sparky because I always got the hebee geebeez shocked out of me when I worked on her.
I had a truck named Charlotte cause the Charlotte on Sex in the City is kind of hot.
Oh and a Malibu named Nicole after Nicole Kiddman. Yeah it was when she broke up and I decided she could be mine :-)

Anyway, good luck on new names for your cars, it took me months to settle on Kayla, first it was Karla, then Keisha, then Kara, then back to Karla, then I forgot that it was an R and not Y and so she ended up Kayla.

 

Mine is usually Ally but sometimes she is just the pita pos bitch...obviously when you she doesnt do what i want
