I paid for products, then they say it will cost more for shipping, so i send some more $$$, and like a month latter i still havent gotit![sm=chairshot.gif][sm=headbang.gif]

I have sent them email 3 times and still havent got a reply[sm=imsmilin.gif]

I ordered a ShortShifter from Vast [sm=smiley20.gif](Thanks Mike@Vast) a week latter and have got that and still havent got me stuff from ASP

We're not just talking a couple of $$$ either - Is ASP still in business?

Guys i am miles away and cant go inperson, anyone had similar expeirence - some advice would be great[sm=feedback.gif]

I ordered my exhaust from them a few months ago...
I had a bit if a hard time getting it shipped...

I e-mailed & never got responses.. So just call... when i did speak to someone they said it would ship &
I would get a confirmation e-mail & tracking #.. but never did...

I finally called & spoke w/ Mark, & asked them if they would just ship it out 2-day but i had to
paypal him extra $$ to cover the shipping.

when I asked what the deal was - he said they were very busy (it was right around Waterfest)
& that they had orders backed up...

Try asking to speak to Mark directly & let him know whats up - u paid extra & expect your parts soon...

too bad they seem to be having this reputation now, bec. I really love my exhaust & the quality of it...
just was a pain to get it out here...

let us know how it turns out... oh.. & just i3uddha is kewl K?

 

No probs i3uddha, i dnt really wont to say what i bought just in case it gets back to ASP b4 shipping - and they make me wait longer

So its not just me thats having probs with them, guess they have F****d there reputation themselves[sm=icon_ladiesman.gif]

Only prob with me calling is that im in Oz - yes tens of thousands of miles away. The ussual shipping time from the States is bout 2 weeks.

I ussually dont get stuck into another business unless they really **** me off[sm=chairshot.gif]

I was going to use AWE, but choose ASP coz they were cheaper - i now know why

You have to call them, emails don't seam to work all the time.

I know how you feel, I ordered my ASP cat back, they had it in stock, it took 6weeks to get to my house.
They are a tiny shop with to many projects. They get backlogged.

I order all my ASP stuff here, he keeps stuff in stock, so it ships right out.
