arby's is actually not that bad....i used to eat there alot at my old job cause there was one across the street...but it's just roast beef (REAL roasted beef) and a bun...

 

I don't know....I just checked out the Arby's nutrition info. It's not very healthy either. Everything in moderation.....

my bad, panda...i tend to do that....to answer your question...NO fast food is healthy...healthy food is fresh food, which is exactly the opposite of fast food, which has been processed over and over again and filled with all kinds of preservatives and color dyes to keep your "meat" looking meaty...fast food is truly disgusting to me. i actually get sick if i eat it...

 

let me tell you guys about Arbys...that was where i worked in high school....

Arbys beef comes in 10 lb bags of processed beef taste...the reason that they "slow roast" it, is not for any measure of baking perfection...its because their grade D processed beef, if not cooked properly, will still be a paste in the middle. i know every fast food place has their gross points...but you heard it here first...Arbys beef=10lb bags of processed grade D beef paste.

heres a thought if ur like me and u eat all that crap just exercise daily and u can keep eating it. Its only bad if ur a lazy ****.
