Who drives your car more
My mom tried my car once, but the late clutch engagement scared her.
The story with my dad is close to your's SAudi. In 2003, he wanted a new car, so I said, "Let's look at BMW." He wanted an M5, but didn't want to drive stick at all, saying it hurts his leg, etc., so settled for a 540iA with sports package. Then in 2005 when I got my car, but didn't have my license yet, all he ever drove was my Audi. Not quite the same pull as the 540, but he loved driving stick again. Now I just told him that I know where the spare BMW key is, and if he ever wants to drive my Audi again, I will drive the 540 if I want to go somewhere. He hasn't driven it since. To be honest, I hate it when he drives my car. Sometimes he'll put it in 1st, then 2nd, and leave it there and complain about how the engine is so loud when he doesn't realize he's reving pretty high going 35-40mph in 2nd. Or he'll get off the freeway and never downshift from 5th, and come to a stop and stall it. He does a lot of mistaken 2nd to 1st downshifts and tries to start in 3rd gear.

I've let three other people drive my car. Mom (I was with her), Dad (he can drive it if he wants but never does), and a friend that I so damn causious that if anything ever did happen he wouldn't be going fast enough to hurt anything.
i have never let a female drive my car, unless i'm in it..i'm sorry, but i just don't trust girls by themselves on the road. i see way too many, talking on their cell phones, doing their hair, painting on their faces, or any number of other tasks not meant for moving vehicles, ESPECIALLY the operators...not that there aren't good female drivers out there...and honestly, if you're a girl reading this, you're probably a car enthusiast and you're not one of those girls, but you can't deny the fact that most girls aren't exactly the best drivers.
