What do u guys listen to when u lift? Im looking for some "pump up" music for while im at the gym. I started bringing my ipod to the gym and it helps alot.

 

Tool is always good. Pearl Jam, A Perfect Cirlce, Metallica. Have to listen to something motivating.

I also get good and mad when I see walking iPod commercials at my gym

I am sick and ******* tired of seeing white wires and headsets
and every little teeny bopper dousche bag walk around with there ipod at the gym
so when you tell them to spot you, or to watch out as your unracking the 100lb plates off
the leg press, they just stand there.

Of course you could be doing over head press with two 80lb dumbells and they could walk into you because they arent paying attention and they are ******* with their little ipod, and cause you to almost hit yourself in the head with one of the 80s

BTW just got back from gym and this is why I brought this up. I hate all you iPod *******.
There is a time and place for portable music devices, just like before iPods became the teenybopper fashion statement vs. was just music player.
