Would BANG energy drink work as a "detox" drink for a urine test?
First off, I'm not planning to try this; and I sure as hell am not going to put my money on it working. I'm just curious to hear everyones' opinions. I have a drug test tomorrow morning, I've been doing a routine of water, apple cider vinegar, Niacin, and lots of vitamins, as well as not smoking for the past 5 days. I did an at home test yesterday and passed with a normal color in my **** although I do believe it was mostly just dillution that caused the negative result.
I'm drinking a can of BANG energy this morning and was reading the ingredients, they're quite similar to the detox drink I plan to drink tomorrow although I'm not sure how the quantities of things compare.
BANG's ingredients:
"BCAA Aminos, 'Super Creatine', 'Ultra COQ10'"
Vitamin C - 50%
Niacin - 25%
Vitamin B6 - 25%
Vitamin B12 - 25%
Magnesium - 2%
"Carbonated water, critic acid anhydrous, natural/artificial flavors, caffeine anhydrous, sodium benzoate, potassium citrate monohydrate, sucralose, L-Leucine, potassium phosphate dibasic, vitamin C, calcium chloride, acesulfame potassium, potassium sorbate, calcium disodium EDTA, magnesium chloride, SUPER CREATINE, L-isoleucine, L-valine, b6, b12, b3, coq10"
This isn't really related to the question at hand but for anyone curious; I'm 6' 2", male, 130lb, don't excercise but have been fairly active, and have metabolism quicker than the speed of light.
Also from what I've read online energy drinks can cause a false positive so I'd definitely suggest staying away from attempting this.
