Your vehicle mileage?
 

Trying to get a sense of your car's mileage.

Could you post your vehicle model, year, and mileage. How did you achieve that mileage (e.g. freeway, street, to/from work, school, recreation). Any significant problems you'd like to share or has the car performed very well? How often do you service it?

I'm considering a few high mileage cars as a daily commuter (~60 miles R/T) and since the price is right, want to see what others are experiencing before I make the jump. FWIW, I'm thinking of a s4, an a4 2.8, and an a6 2.8. Any other suggestions or insight is greatly appreciated.

2001 A4 64,100 miles, just bought it a month and a half ago. almost all miles are intown

'03 A4 1.8TQ Manual. Bought new in February 2003. Now has 44,000 miles, and no major issues. Warranty has covered every little spark plug so far. Good luck finding a car.

i've got close to 140K on my 96 2.8L, most of that was freeway miles, it was taken cross-country a few times...i just got it about 5k miles ago, it still runs great though.

i have a 97 24 2.8 120,000 miles have had mine for almost 5 years. almost all city miles with a few short road trips ....nothing close to cross country

01' A4 1.8T Manual 49,800 miles probably would of had 55-60 thousand if i had my license these past 6 months [:@]

damn i thought i had hight mileage for my year but i guess not 96 2.8QM 113001 One trip from Boston to Seattle.. and then mixed freeway and city, bought it at 105000 miles
