Quick story - Lost my key to my R8 today on easter and figured it might be in the trunk. Pop-a-lock opened the door but you can't open the trunk without the key. It was my only key because i just got it used and only came with one key. So now I'm in a predicament. What's my next step? Dealership call with VIN number? How do I go about getting some new keys made? Or is there a way to open the trunk without a key? Thanks - Matthew

 

Check the drivers side door under the grab handle for the trunk release.

You'll probably have to bring the dealership your title/registration to have new keys cut.
