C5 RS6

Kinda considering trading my C6 A6 4.2 in for one, anything I should look for as far as problem areas go?

Make sure the timing belt has been replaced already, since it is due at 35K and costs a ton if not under the original warranty still

I would guess it will be a bit of a combination of problems the 2.7 and the 4.2 has.

I would look out for any leaks, especially turbos, and general front end suspension components.
