Hey X1. The car looks great. I just purchased an Avus Silver RS6. I had a question for you. The car is certified, so they changed my brakes when I bought it. However, they squeak really bad sometimes, only when you stop slowly, and when they dont squeak, you feel a little grinding right before the vehicle stops. Do you have that experience?

Also, when I am at a corner for example, and have my wheels turned, when I step on the gas, it feels like something is holding the car back, as if the wheels are hitting something. Any info on that?

Thanks

Rumoris another twin turbo V8 with about 600 hp.

ORIGINAL: pturbo

ORIGINAL: ehlinelaw.com

So what's the deal? the RS-6 is turbo, but RS-4 is not?
The 2003 RS6 is a twin turbo. The new 2007/8 RS6 will most likely be a NA 10cyclinder.

RS4 is NA because it doesnt need more HP to fit the category is going for. It falls perfectly in line with the new M3, CTS-V and IS500 from Lexus.

btw, nice car, however... the bumper, the only reason i don't like it (its a nice bumper, very clean though) is that the design does not at al compliment the lights and grill. look on any car and the design of the bumpers holes or whatever theyre called will directly look similar in shape to the lights and grill of the car, kind of mirrored i guess. this one just breaks up the composition of the front too much and makes it look... misplaced... the only thing saving it is the quality.... and a massive FMIC

i think the front end looks nice. the fmic is sweet too. i agree with 2007misanoREDrs4 though. i think you should get a matching grill. but then again i love the standard grill

Guys, can you help me out. I just bought an RS6. Its certified, and the dealer changed the brakes when I purchased it. However, they make a very loud squeaky noise when I come to a stop, and when they dont do that, it feels like they grind. Anyone with an RS6. Have you experienced anything like that?

if you look at other posts, you will see that you gotta wait a little while for the brakes to wear in, i guess. i hope i said it right lol
