i personally have never been hassled (10+ years driving around with euro plates) but i've heard aboutpeople who have. if you drive like a granny like i do, i suppose you won't catch the eye of the po-po anyways.
the other thing is, make sure the front euro and rear USA plates say the SAME thing. at least you can argue to a sympathetic officer that "in spirit" you weren't trying to deceive anyone.

yeah i think i'll just do the front ones for now.
Oh and i forgot to ask you where you got the frame for the euro plates from? I noticed when I got my euro plates in, that they coudln't fit in the front of the car... so now i'm trying to find a place that sells them. Thanks

i'll sell you one of mine.it'sused and has some road rash from the high speed jaunts and all those pesky bugs that keepjumping in front of my car, but it's usable and complete. you can use it as is or if you're really ****, you can sand them and shoot some flat black on it to look new. the corner reflectors were removed and painted by my dealer.they owed me a favor. apparently the fronts were a painas they're bolted in. therears come out easily and are merely clipped in.
the euro plates aren't exactly legal, but neither is driving above the posted speed limits
