AWE Tuning is proud to introduce the Track Extreme Exhaust for the RS5, and AWE Tuning Non-Resonated Downpipes



The AWE Tuning Track Extreme Exhaust is hand-built from 2.5” T304 Stainless Steel and develops dyno-proven max gains of 8hp and 16tq. Where the Track Extreme Exhaust differs from our Track and Touring Edition offerings is in its use of Non-Resonated Downpipes. The inclusion of Non-Resonated Downpipes make the Track Extreme have a louder, deeper tone than the Track Edition. Warning: Intended for those that like it loud.

Going from Track Edition to Track Extreme

For those looking to louden-up their Track Edition, we also offer the AWE Tuning Non-Resonated Downpipes separately. The AWE Tuning Non-Resonated Downpipes are constructed from 2.5” T304 Stainless Steel, and eliminate a set of Resonators from the car to produce a deeper, louder tone.

Track Edition owners have one year from purchase date to add the Non-Resonated Downpipes at a price equal to the difference between the Track Edition and the Track Extreme Exhaust.

As some of you may have seen on AWE Tuning's official Instagram, on Monday I had the pleasure of hanging out with the gang at TAG Motorsports while on vacation. Although we have done installs in-house, I haven't had the chance to really experience the AWE Tuning RS5 Track Extreme Edition first hand since the development process. While Alex was showing me around, I took the opportunity to get re-acquainted with the sounds of our most aggressive RS5 system, both inside and out.



The sound of the AWE Tuning RS5 Track Extreme Edition is a perfect match for the aggression of the RS5, (especially one that looks like TAG's) and the added 8hp and 16tq certainly doesn't hurt either. In a car like that, featuring a soundtrack by the AWE Tuning Track Extreme Edition we turned quite a few heads as we made our way through traffic.
