There are lists on what can be altered. I don't think boost is on that list. Its more like, Keyless entry unlocking all doors vs unlocking 1 door, etc.

The VAG can only alter what audi has enabled the I/O process of the ECU to handle via OBDII. To change what you are asking needs to be done via a full software reflash - so it can't be tuned with the VAGCOM. This is why tuner software is popular. Otherwise you could need a physical addition like a boost controller.

Audiworld has some lists. There are not too many things you can have done. Up/down windows with remote, auto lock of doors at 15mph/unlock on remove key. Sensitivity of interior motion sensor, etc...
