I've heard of the control arm problems these cars have and I need more info. My S4 (V8) is pulling to right enough to make me worry. It also feels like the tie-rod ends are going bad because sometimes the pulling is not as severe/more severe at any point in time.

I also hear some noises coming from the front when in a parking lot going around turns (not sharp, just normal turning). They sound almost sound like a CV is going bad but's it's not consistant.

is the Cv noise like clanking? you could have had a boot bad for too long. as for control arms these cars are heavy and have heard them to prematurely wear. Ive also heard that the control arm issue was gone after '01. and the TRE, just look at the rubber around it and see if its worn.
