hey, sti owner here, thinking about upgrading to a 2006ish s4. I've done a lot of looking but i cant seem to find the front driveline lay out of the s4.

ill give some background info here... im also looking at a 335xi BUT one thing i dont like is the steel suspension components but more importantly their use of a front transaxle vs stubshafts from the transmission. anyway does the new s4 put that big v8 infront of the centerline of the front axle and use stubshafts or is there a transfer case/transaxle to send power to the front?
