Ok so i pulled the motor to do a clutch job and some other maintenance got everything hooked back up and now the car won't start. It will turn over and fire and pop but it won't run it almost sounds like its firing in the wrong order.. Another weird thing is wile cranking some times it will just stop then continue cranking. battery is brand new and has a full charge. I have primed the fuel system and I just installed a new crank sensor and the problem still exsists.. There are no check engine lights either

Any help to pin point me in the right direction would help

You problem sounds very similar to the problem I had when I first pulled my motor, there are 4 wires mounted on your air filter box, ignition coil wires, two are brown and two black. Mine were swapped, check those for starters.
