1. Has anyone used the 3M Plastic and Emblem Adhesive to affix OEM emblems? I'm guessing I need to remove the double sided tape in order to use the 3M adhesive.

2. Recently my windshield wipers have not been returning to the off position when turned off. This does not happen all of the time though. Sometimes when turned off, they stay completely up, other times they stop in the middle of the windshield. Right now, they are about an inch or two above their "resting" position when turned off. I had the wiper motor replaced in Aug. Any ideas?
