You're absolutely right. $$$ is the key. You really can't look to mod too much if you're not willing to spend the money. Let me tell you, the day I got my car back from Renn Art after the Level 10 trans was installed, all thoughts of $$ were surpassed by pure joy once I hit the gas. I think it was worth the money. The key is to have a shop you can rely on. Billy, the Tech that worked on my car at Renn-Art is an 8 year audi tech. It's a huge help when I bring my car to him.
I'm in the process of putting together a photo album and videos of my car. It's quite unique looking. It's metallic green, lowered w/ tints. It looks awesome in the sun.
Finally, I haven't run any 1/4 miles yet. I'm thinking about getting a G-Tech Pro or something to use. Otherwise I just might head down to Route 66 Raceway for a few runs. I'll definatley post the times when the day comes.
