Youre right, very few are considered excellent. However, some cars dont always fit the KBB price for their condition. Notably, rare colors and features that are hard to come by. A 2001.5 Nogaro blue, with the sport package, 6spd, and cold weather package is pretty damn hard to find. And, while it may not be considered excellent by KBB standards, it is DAMN close. Honestly, if it didnt have the paint chips in the front bumper it would be a strong contender for fitting that excellent category IMO. The last dude took really good care of it.

Low-mileage Nogaro that hasn't been beat to $hit can be really hard to find. I looked for 6 months+, unless you're willing to settle for a Tip (not recommended
