Default 2001 S4 wont start

Hey guys i recently did ako4 swap on my s and everything is back together the only prblem is it will not start. im getting fuel and spark and the tranny was never seperated from the motor so no flywheel trouble. is there something with the ecu that would cause the car not to start if unplugged for a long period of time.

Is it not turning over or is the motor not starting?

i think it is the imobilizer ive been told that the imobilizer basically kills the ecu and it will not start the car.

Did you scan it and check for codes? Also, I know this is a stupid question, but is the ecu connected correctly?
