Default 2003 audi s4 4.2 oil leak help

hi, could anyone shed a little light on this for me please? i seem to have quite a major oil leak on my S4 i took the undertray of to investigate a rattle and discovered an oil leak coming from the front behind the rad, right side as your looking at the front, it seems to be dripping of a hose but might be coming from higher up, its dripping at a rate of 1 every 2 seconds so i need to sort it promptly but audi dealer wants a fortune to investigate!!!

Can anyone suggest anything??

Thanks in advance

Well I'm honored to meet someone with a 2003 S4! For the record, there is no US 2003 S4

ok, not sure this will help, but I would start with an underbody wash of the car. This should remove most of the oil in the area and make things a little bit easier to diagnose by yourself.

At that rate of leakage, I would hope that it would become clear pretty quicklywhere it is dripping from.

All the best.
