My 2004 B6 S4 Sedan
I bought this S4 from a guy in San Antonio with about 67,000 miles on it. It came with a new clutch and flywheel (nothing special, just replacements). Interior leather and electronics were all in stellar shape. I am the third owner of the vehicle and it seems as though all maintenance has been recorded.
As of right now, I have logged a few thousand miles and taken it to the “stealership” a couple of times. Had the transmission flushed, and an inspection done (which they do anyway) to find issues. They found a decent oil leak and upper control arm bushings that were almost nonexistent. I also found out that some starting issues came down to a problem with my engine wiring harness – the grounds were corroded. I have since changed the oil myself and replaced all tires. The purpose of this thread will be to log and update plans, upgrades, and maintenance as they are attempted and or completed. Feedback is appreciated and questions are encouraged.
