I think the 05's have less electrical problems if iirc.
it's good, just not sure that the main issue's are. Give the boys some time to post up
but that v8 sound is so nice!

I had a 2004 Tiptronic car. It was awesome. You want to avoid early build date cars. Anything after 04/04 is fine if I recall. There were some issues with electrical components and cam tensioners on the early production cars. As long as the car is clean and was adult driven you should be good to go. It is an awesome car whether you get a 6MT or a Tip. I have had both and they are both a blast to drive. It comes down to your driving style. In the end I just really missed the stick so I dumped my Tip car for what I have now. Good luck!

Default A better year for it?

Is there a specific year of the car that ran the best and least problems- that is not a new s4?

I wouldn't avoid an 04 car by any means as long as it checks out. They are getting pretty inexpensive these days and if it is clean should give you a long enjoyable ownership experience. The newer you go the more $$$ you are going to have to shell out. The B7 car 05.5 and on is a different look. Myself, I am not partial to it. Other folks love it. They are pretty spendy. Expect to pay no less than $40k for a low mileage 06 car. More for a newer one.

So I went to look and they had ONE LEFT!!! Also, it was in the store, so I have to make an appt. to test drive it. It was BEAUTIFUL!!! I was soo giddy, trying to hold it in. I sat in it and just fell in love with it!!! it was a 2008. So I am going to try another place later on and hopefully drive it.
